CRAIG & BRIDGET

We are husband and wife, Craig Strattman and Bridget Harrington.  We have owned Patrona Restaurant and Lounge in Ukiah, California for 7 years.  Before opening the restaurant, we were longtime winery chefs- Bridget at Fetzer Vineyards and Craig at Chalk Hill and Simi Wineries.  On the winery properties, we had our own gardens to cook from and took great joy in picking the little gems right from the earth (la Patrona).  We spent our days creating dishes to pair with delicious wine.   In 2004 we decided to take our love of cooking with such beautiful ingredients to the larger community and opened Patrona. We are lucky to live in Mendocino.  Because there is so much great food being grown and raised by our fine neighbors and good friends, we have been able to sustain our joyful vision. The restaurant, which we often consider to be an extension of our living room, is our happy place of creativity and socializing with travelers and our community. Together with the mountains, the trees, the river, and the good air, we are able to live the lucky life indeed.  With all of that, in addition to our two magnificent children, Mark and Vivian, we could not ask for more.
